What you get for €250
1 — The visit
About 90 minutes, on site. We go through everything: control, lighting, climate, blinds, access, security, audio and network.
2 — The report
Written, in plain language, within 5 working days. What is installed, what works, what does not, what is causing it, and what to fix first. Not a list of products you do not understand.
3 — A fixed-price quote
For the repair or the extension, valid 30 days.
4 — The fee back
Give us the job and the full €250 comes off the invoice. You risk nothing.

- We visit — about 90 minutes.
- Within 5 working days you receive the report and the quote.
- Going ahead? The €250 comes off the job.

- Not a sales meeting. We will not sell you a system you do not need.
- Not a subscription. You pay once.
- No obligation. Say no and it ends there.
- No data leaves the house. What we see in your home stays in your home.
Frequently asked
What if nothing turns out to be wrong?
Then that is what the report says — which is also an answer. In that case you do not pay the fixed €250, only the hours actually worked on site plus travel.
What does travel cost? €0.50 per kilometre in the Netherlands and Belgium, €0.35 in Portugal. Beyond 150 km we agree a fixed figure before booking.
Do you come to me? We work in the Netherlands, Belgium and mainland Portugal.
Do you work with my existing system?
Yes. Loxone and Home Assistant are our speciality, but we look at other systems too and say honestly when something should be replaced and when it should not.
